Charlie Cadigan - Managing Director
Charlie has more than 25 years of direct response fundraising experience and is frequently recognized by industry colleagues for his leadership and vision. With his insight into current industry’s challenges, Charlie plays a key role in identifying ways to innovate within the direct response marketplace.
Prior to heading up Frontline Data Group, Charlie re-branded and re-positioned a 30-year old catalog and fulfillment marketer. He has also worked internationally with Acxiom Corporation as they expanded their CRM business with HSBC Bank; helped establish Epsilon's Washington, DC office; and built a direct response agency from start-up to market leader.
Charlie has received repeated recognition from the industry for his leadership and volunteer efforts. He is a past Chair of the DMA's Committee for Ethical Business Practices; Co-Chair of the DMA Nonprofit Council, as well as the past President of the Direct Marketing Association of Washington, DC, being recognized in 2001 as their Professional of the Year. Charlie is a frequent speaker on integrated marketing strategies.
Charlie Cadigan resides in Arlington, Virginia with his wife, Kristin McCurry.
Greg Albright – Business Integration Specialist
Greg Albright has dedicated his career to serving the direct response community, and with 22 years of program implementation and data experience, he has founded numerous direct marketing offshoots. In 1996, Greg launched Frontline Data Group with his business partners and has supervised its growth into a respected data service bureau.
An active member of the direct response community, Greg was named Volunteer of the Year in 2002 by the Direct Marketing Association of Washington. In addition, he is a current member of the Direct Mail Fundraisers Association and the Direct Marketing Association. Greg is a past President of the Advisory Council for Training Futures, a job training and placement program for the under-employed in Northern Virginia. He currently serves on the Board of the Sitar Arts Center, an after-school arts program for low-income children in inner-city DC. He is an ardent supporter of and volunteer for national and local nonprofit organizations.
A true entrepreneur, Greg and his partners founded Production Solutions, the industry’s largest independently-owned production management firm. Founded in 1990, the firm’s mission is to provide production management services at a competitive price and with superior service for the fundraising community.
After studying at the University of Munich for one year, Greg graduated from Lewis and Clark College in Portland, Oregon, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He currently resides in Washington, DC.
Jocelyn Bowman - National Sales Executive
Jocelyn's unique blend of client-facing skills and data management experience enhances the talents offered to the direct response industry by the Frontline team. She understands the various challenges facing direct response professionals as a result of her experience with clients’ multi-channel marketing efforts.
Prior to joining Frontline, Jocelyn managed marketing for a database management firm in Tysons Corner. In addition to her duties as Marketing Manager, she managed complete data solutions for some of the nation’s leading nonprofits, overseeing merge/purge, list fulfillment, housefile selects, and data enhancements for her clients. In order to optimize efficiency for her clients, she also wrote data hygiene programs which automated manual processes and decreased turnaround time during production.
With a keen understanding of direct response programs, Jocelyn joined Frontline’s veteran team of marketing professionals, focusing her time on prospective clients. She began her career in sales and marketing at the Marketing Leadership Council within the Corporate Executive Board before directing her efforts to the nonprofit sector.
Jocelyn graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a concentration in the German language from Washington & Lee University.
Lori Barao - Director of Operations
Lori's direct marketing skills have been honed over more than 20 years in the industry. The consistent delivery of quality data and superior service at Frontline Data Group resulted from Lori’s direction of the merge/purge division. Under her supervision, the account management staff has been, and continues to be, held to the highest standard.
A cornerstone for the data services team, Lori researched, planned, and implemented the development of SOLO, Frontline’s online list inventory tool for merge/purges. In addition to handling challenging and complicated client requests, Lori is also responsible for the long-term and short-term planning of company goals and objectives.
Prior to joining Frontline, Lori spent nearly 20 years at EDS, CRM Business Intelligence (formerly Wiland Services). As a Senior Business Analyst, she successfully built and maintained strong relationships with a client base of nonprofit, retail, and catalog clients. She recommended customer management solutions that improved acquisition, retention, and maximization of customer lifetime value.
Lori holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where she graduated with a Major in Marketing. She lives with her family in Northern Virginia.
Tim Fogel - Application Development Manager
Tim has over 15 years of experience in the fundraising industry.
Nearly 10
years of that time was spent working for an industry leading telemarketing
company as a Systems Support Specialist, Software Developer and SQL
Server DBA.
As the manager of the Application Development team, Tim leads his team in the designing and creating of custom software solutions to support client programs. Tim’s extensive experience with database management enables him to deliver dynamic, real-time database reporting which provides our clients with the relevant information needed to make decisions in today’s business climate.
Through extensive research and development, Tim’s team implemented an interactive online tool where clients have immediate access to view and query their database. This online tool is customized to meet each client’s specific requirements, allowing them to focus on their core fundraising objectives.
Tim received an MIS and International Business degree from Bowling Green State University. He resides in Akron, Ohio with his wife.
Melissa Fogel - Data Processing Manager
Melissa has over 10 years of management experience with a focus on account management, direct marketing and database management. Melissa began her career managing an inbound/outbound call center with a staff of over 30 employees responsible for selling advertising for one of the nation’s largest publishers.
The foundation of Melissa’s fundraising career began as the Account Manager supporting one of the nation’s largest political organizations. Because of Melissa’s successful management of this account she is thoroughly entrenched in all facets of client operations. This unique experience enables Melissa, as the Data Processing Manager, to bridge the gap between the technical requirements of each project with the client’s expectations.
Melissa’s strong passion and knowledge of our clients has made her instrumental in several key initiatives over the years, including the planning, quality control, testing and implementation of the online database management system. Melissa’s enthusiasm for our clients continues to drive her work with ongoing, strategic improvements in data processing that focus on client objectives, automation, on-time delivery and quality.
Melissa is a member of our Strategic Planning Team which is responsible for defining the vision and direction of our company. Melissa lives with her husband in Akron, Ohio.
